Product Information - All products are made on demand and are considered custom made and unique. We cannot start an order until payment has been received in full. All orders will be completed in the order that they were received and are subject to delays during high ordering periods.

Shipping - All items do not include a shipping fee. When you order with a credit card the shipping cost will be displayed and included in the final price. When ordered by check we will send you the shipping cost in the confirmation e-mail.

Orders Made By Credit Card - We are currently using the PayPal services for our credit card purchases. To Purchase an item just press the "CREDIT" button beside the item you want to purchase. This will take you to PayPal's site to finish your order. PayPal is highly secure, efficient, and insured to protect both buyers and sellers. If you want to purchase a custom order item or an add-on not listed with a credit card we can help. Just use the "Order By Check" method, but in the text area tell us to "add item to custom order page". We will add your requested item to our custom order page with a "CREDIT" button.

Orders Made By Check - Press the "CHECK" button beside any product to make an order by check or money order. This will setup an e-mail using your Internet e-mail application and will already have the "send-to" address, the product # and description filled out for you. All you need to do is enter your personal information into the text area of the e-mail and send it. After you submit an order to us we will confirm your order as soon as possible with an e-mail. When you receive your e-mailed confirmation please print a copy and send it with your payment. When we receive your full payment, we will send a confirmation of payment on your order and supply you with an estimated shipping date.

Custom Orders And Add-ons - To request a custom order, an add-on, or a variation not listed on an item use the "Order By Check" method or send an e-mail to (order@artofsteel.com). Please submit your name, address, e-mail, and description of the item or the variation you would like us to create in the text area of your e-mail.

E-mail Doesn't Work? - If your e-mail program doesn't work or nothing happens when you press the "CHECK" button, make sure you have a program selected in your Internet options (outlook express, hotmail...etc.). If this still doesn't work just send an e-mail to (order@artofsteel.com) with the item #, any options desired, your name, address, and e-mail. We will e-mail you back with an order confirmation within a few days.
